Client Success Manager — Real Estate Lead Generation | Remote

We are a professional, innovative and fast growing marketing agency working with real estate professionals, dedicated to helping them grow through high-quality lead generation services. We are looking for a Client Success Manager to own our client book — keeping them successful, active, and growing. Working hours are 11AM EST to 7PM EST, Mo-Fr. This is not a support role with a fancy title. Roughly half this job is selling: converting clients to larger lead packages, raising their weekly volume, and reactivating paused accounts. The other half is making sure they actually win with what they bought. This window is the single biggest driver of your commission. Move clients off low weekly caps and into real volume Handle support (email + live chat) with a first response under 30 minutes. Run strategy calls, check in on paused clients, and collect case studies and testimonials from our best performers Know when not to sell — reading which client needs a bigger package and which needs coaching and a credit is the core judgment of this role Log every client interaction, cap change, and outcome accurately in our CRM The goal of this role is to increase customer satisfaction and consumption. Daily Team Calls and KPIs Compensation & Hours: There is a base salary + commission structure: Average performer makes around $2.5k USD per month, can range between $2-3.5k depending on your performance. Commission is paid on upsells.
