Senior Chargeback & Disputes Specialist (E-Commerce) | Airwallex | Klarna | PayPal | Shopify Payments About Us: Limitless eCom GmbH is a fast-growing, medium-sized e-commerce company based in Berlin, Germany. Since 2017, we have been building, operating and scaling multiple international D2C brands in the beauty and lifestyle sector, including Diamond Smile, Silky Planet, Regain, and Holzhütte. Today, we serve customers in more than 14 European countries and process thousands of orders every month. We are looking for an experienced Senior Chargeback & Disputes Specialist who can take full ownership of our dispute management process across multiple payment providers. We are only looking for candidates with proven, hands-on experience handling chargebacks in an e-commerce environment. This is not an entry-level or customer support position. Your Responsibilities - Manage the complete lifecycle of chargebacks and disputes across Airwallex, Klarna, PayPal, and Shopify Payments - Prepare and submit high-quality representments before provider deadlines Gather and organize compelling evidence, including: - Order information - Tracking and delivery confirmation - Customer communication - Fraud indicators - Refund history - Terms & Conditions where applicable - Monitor dispute deadlines and ensure timely responses - Maintain accurate documentation of disputes, outcomes, recovery amounts, and reason codes - Identify recurring dispute patterns and recommend improvements to reduce future chargebacks - Work closely with our Customer Support and Warehouse - Continuously optimize our dispute handling process and documentation Required Experience: We are looking for someone who has real operational experience, not just customer support experience. You should have: Proven experience managing chargebacks and disputes for an e-commerce business. Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: - Airwallex - Klarna - PayPal - Shopify Payments Strong understanding of chargeback reason codes and the evidence required to successfully win representments and confident daily use of Zendesk, Shopify, and payment provider dashboards. Excellent written English (German is a plus but not required) How Success Will Be Measured Your performance will primarily be evaluated based on: - Win Rate - Recovery Amount - Reduction in Overall Dispute & Chargeback Rate - Accuracy and completeness of documentation To help us identify experienced candidates, please include the following in your proposal: 1.
