Client Success Manager – Social Media Agency

About Us: We’re a fast-growing social media agency helping creators and entrepreneurs scale their brands through high-performing content. Our team works in PODs, small, specialized groups of experts, to deliver a done-for-you social media experience that gets results. About the Role: We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to oversee a POD of 20+ clients. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring their experience is smooth, communication is clear, and results are on track. You’ll work closely with a scriptwriter and editor to deliver content that performs, while keeping clients engaged, accountable, and happy. What You’ll Do: -Onboard new clients and guide them through our process -Maintain strong, proactive communication with 20+ clients in your POD -Send reminders and hold clients accountable to film and submit their content -Address client concerns quickly and effectively -Review and provide feedback on scripts from the scriptwriter -Review and provide feedback on edits from the editor -Offboard clients when they choose not to renew services -Collaborate with the Lead CSM for guidance, support, and performance updates What We’re Looking For: -Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong understanding of social media growth and content trends -Previous experience managing multiple clients simultaneously -Agency experience is a major plus -Strong organizational skills and ability to keep multiple projects on track -Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role is highly preferred -Ability to give constructive feedback to creative team members Why You’ll Love Working With Us: -Fully remote role — work from anywhere -Collaborative, fast-paced team environment -Opportunity to work with top-tier clients in the creator and entrepreneur space -Growth potential as our agency continues to expand
