I run a full-service YouTube growth agency helping creators optimize their channels for views, subscribers, monetization and long-term audience retention. We work with a focused roster of clients across tiered service packages, and we take pride in delivering high-quality, deadline-driven results. We're growing, and we need a sharp communicator to sit at the center. Someone who keeps clients informed, keeps contractors on track, and keeps the whole machine running smoothly. The Role We're looking for a Client Success Manager to own the client experience and internal coordination across our active projects. This is a remote, part-time role with the potential to grow into a long-term engagement as we scale. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients and the connective tissue between them and our team of contractors. What You'll Do - Serve as the main communication point for clients — sending updates, fielding questions, and building trust through consistent, professional correspondence. - Coordinate with video editors, thumbnail designers, brand deal managers, and other contractors to ensure deliverables are on time and meet quality expectations. - Track project timelines and proactively flag risks before deadlines are missed. - Uphold SOPs, workflows, and internal systems — and flag when something needs updating - Report project progress to agency ownership and relay any client feedback that affects strategy - Help maintain a smooth, professional experience for every client from onboarding through ongoing delivery You're a Great Fit If You: - Have experience in account management, project coordination, or client success — ideally in a creative or digital agency setting - Communicate clearly and professionally (casual professional) in writing (email and async tools like Slack/ClickUp) - Are proactive, not reactive — you don't wait to be asked, you see what needs doing and do it - Are detail-oriented and care about follow-through - Can juggle multiple client accounts without dropping the ball - Have familiarity with YouTube content workflows Logistics Type: Contract Hours: Est. 5–15 hrs/week to start Communication: Async-first with scheduled check-ins. Weekly to monthly meetings Tools: Slack, ClickUp, Google Meets — adjust as needed To Apply Please tell your experience with YouTube.
