# Client Success Manager & Production Coordinator (Remote) ### Overview We are seeking a highly organized Client Success Manager & Production Coordinator to oversee client communication, project tracking, scheduling, approvals, and delivery workflows. This is not a traditional virtual assistant role. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, creative teams, and production workflows, ensuring projects remain organized, deadlines are met, and clients receive an exceptional experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing relationships, improving processes, and taking ownership of outcomes. --- ## Responsibilities ### Client Success * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients * Maintain regular communication and project updates * Follow up on approvals, feedback, and outstanding action items * Ensure clients always know the status of their projects * Identify and proactively resolve potential issues before they become problems ### Project Coordination * Manage multiple active projects simultaneously * Monitor deadlines and production schedules * Track project status and ensure workflow compliance * Coordinate communication between clients and creative team members * Escalate issues when necessary ### Content & Approval Management * Track script approvals and revisions * Organize client feedback * Coordinate revision requests * Ensure projects move efficiently through production stages ### Scheduling & Logistics * Coordinate meetings and production dates * Manage calendars and scheduling conflicts * Send reminders and confirmations * Maintain production timelines ### Operations & Administration * Maintain accurate project records * Track deliverables and milestones * Monitor invoice and payment status * Organize cloud-based file systems * Generate status reports when needed --- ## Systems & Software You should be comfortable working inside structured operational systems and learning new software quickly. Experience with any of the following is preferred: * ClickUp * Asana * Monday.com * Trello * Google Workspace * Google Drive * Gmail * Frame.io * CRM Platforms * Workflow Automation Tools --- ## What Success Looks Like A successful candidate will: * Keep projects moving without constant supervision * Follow up consistently and professionally * Maintain accurate project visibility * Create a smooth client experience * Reduce bottlenecks and delays * Take ownership of unresolved items * Ensure deadlines are consistently met --- ## Ideal Candidate You are: * Exceptionally organized * Detail-oriented * Process-driven * Proactive * Professional in written communication * Comfortable managing multiple priorities * Calm under pressure * Resourceful and solution-oriented Most importantly: You do not wait for problems to be assigned to you.
