Client Success Manager

We're looking for a Client Success Manager who genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping clients succeed. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of client relationships, understands each client's goals, communicates proactively, and helps create an experience that makes clients want to continue working with us long term. The ideal candidate is organized, thoughtful, solution-oriented, and genuinely invested in helping clients achieve their goals.
