JOB SUMMARY As an Account Manager at Aiminity, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients — managing relationships, leading onboarding and strategy calls, running communication in Slack, and ensuring delivery teams stay aligned. You’ll partner closely with Media Buyers, Creative, and Ops to ensure every client feels supported, heard, and set up for success. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Management: Lead all client calls (onboarding, strategy, weekly updates). Communication: Manage Slack channels, respond to client requests, and keep updates clear and professional. Expectation Setting: Translate client goals into action items for fulfillment teams. Collaboration: Work with Media Buyers, Creative, and Ops to align deliverables and troubleshoot challenges. Reporting: Deliver weekly performance updates (Tuesday updates, Friday reports) with insights and next steps. Escalations: Proactively manage tricky feedback, delays, or performance dips with solutions-first communication. Client Retention: Build strong, long-term partnerships that increase client satisfaction and lifetime value. KPIs Client retention rate and satisfaction (measured via feedback and renewals). On-time and clear weekly reporting. Successful onboarding within 1 week of signed SOW. Resolution of client concerns/escalations within 24 business hours. Consistent client NPS (Net Promoter Score) improvement over time. MUST-HAVE SKILLS ✅ 2 years of Account Management or Client Services experience in marketing, advertising, or agency roles. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Confidence leading client-facing calls and strategy discussions. NICE TO HAVE ⭐ Familiarity with paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). Experience in high-risk industries (cannabis, hemp, supplements, etc.). Exposure to tools like Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, Notion. Light CRO or creative production knowledge. COMPENSATION Hourly or salaried base depending on experience, plus performance bonus tied to client retention and satisfaction metrics. Fully remote with ET overlap required.
