Client Success & Operations Assistant — Business Funding I am looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Success & Operations Assistant to support my funding consulting company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, communicates clearly, and enjoys keeping deals moving behind the scenes while making sure every client has a smooth, professional experience. You'll be the primary support person ensuring our clients move efficiently from application to funding — managing communication, document collection, scheduling, and the operational workflows that keep our pipeline running. This CAN BE (I won't need you to run funding calls, that will be on me, but doing onboarding calls, hopping on catch up calls with clients is preferred) a client-facing role, so professionalism, organization, and attention to detail are essential. What You'll Be Responsible For: Client Communication Responding to client messages, emails, and texts Helping clients schedule and reschedule calls Sending follow-ups and reminders Making sure clients understand the next step in their funding process Scheduling & Calendar Management Managing appointment scheduling Keeping the team's calendar organized Ensuring all client calls are properly booked and confirmed Deal & Application Coordination Collecting and organizing client documents (applications, bank statements, etc.) Tracking each deal's status through the pipeline Ensuring files are complete and ready for underwriting/review Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date Client Experience Making sure clients feel supported and informed at every stage Tracking client progress from application to funding Following up to ensure clients complete required steps Operations & Admin Support Managing internal communications (Slack) Supporting workflow organization and operational systems Required Skills Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent written communication Ability to manage multiple clients and deals at once Professional, friendly communication with business owners Ability to work independently and solve problems Comfort with digital tools and learning new systems quickly Preferred Experience (Helpful but Not Required) Experience in business funding, lending, finance, or sales support CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Slack Airtable Client success or client support roles Personality Traits I'm Looking For Highly organized and reliable Detail-oriented and proactive Warm and professional with clients Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-volume environment Self-starter who follows through without being chased Curious and quick to learn Hours & Compensation Remote position Starting at 20–30 hours per week Opportunity to grow into a larger operations or account management role Compensation based on experience To Apply Please submit: Your resume A short message explaining why this role interests you (starting with "FUNDED") Any relevant experience in funding, finance, sales support, or client operations
