Client Success & Saas Onboarding & Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a client success person to help us onboard clients who sign up for our SaaS product. Usually, they sign up for a free version of the SaaS product, and then we need to upgrade them, but they need to learn how to use it. We also have office hours that we need you to be present for, and you need to be able to speak to clients fluently in English.
