We're a fast-growing, founder-led team that moves quickly, cares deeply about client outcomes, and produces work we're genuinely proud of. We're looking for a Client Success & Project Manager to own the post-sale experience from kickoff to delivery. The Role You'll sit at the intersection of client relationships and production operations. Your job is to keep projects moving, clients informed, and expectations well-managed — so our creative team can focus on making great work and our sales team can close confidently knowing delivery is in good hands. **What You'll Do** - Own the client relationship from signed contract through final delivery and renewal - Run kickoff calls, manage timelines, and keep projects on track across multiple active accounts - Lead weekly or biweekly calls with clients - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — proactively communicating status, flagging risks early, and turning feedback into clear direction for the creative team - Build and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and internal workflows - Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and hand them off to the sales team with context - Collaborate closely with animators and account managers to deliver on scope, budget, and timeline **What We're Looking For** - 2–4 years in client success, account management, or project management — ideally at an agency or in a B2B SaaS environment - Proficient in English is a must - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball - Strong communicator — clear, warm, and direct in writing and on calls - Detail-oriented without being rigid; you know when to follow the playbook and when to improvise - Experience with project management tools (Monday.com and Slack) - Bonus: familiarity with video production, creative workflows, or SaaS go-to-market
