Client Support Professional

We are a growing personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives. We are seeking Client Support Professionals (CSPs) who are passionate about helping people, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating a positive experience for every caller. As a Client Support Professional, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and other callers. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of incoming calls in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy. * Provide a white-glove client experience on every interaction. * Perform warm transfers to connect callers directly with the appropriate team member. * Accurately document detailed messages and ensure information is routed appropriately. * Update and maintain client contact information within our case management system. * Assist callers with general inquiries and provide support based on established procedures. * Escalate urgent matters when necessary. * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. * Support the firm’s mission of putting clients first and delivering exceptional service. Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, intake, administrative support, or client-facing roles. * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. * Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult or emotional conversations. * Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable learning and using technology, CRMs, and case management systems. * Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment. Preferred Experience: * Legal intake or client services experience. * Medical office, healthcare, or insurance industry experience. * High-volume inbound call handling. Schedule: * Full-Time * Must be available during Eastern Time business hours.
