The successful freelancer will conduct in-depth research, analyze agricultural production challenges, evaluate sustainable farming technologies, and deliver practical recommendations that improve productivity, resilience, and profitability. Scope of Work - Conduct an extensive review of climate-smart agriculture practices and emerging technologies. - Analyze soil fertility management, crop nutrition, irrigation efficiency, and integrated pest management strategies. - Evaluate sustainable crop production systems suitable for diverse agroecological zones. - Assess the impact of climate variability on crop yields and propose adaptive farming solutions. - Develop evidence-based recommendations for increasing productivity while conserving natural resources. - Prepare implementation guidelines for extension officers, farmers, and agricultural organizations. - Produce high-quality technical reports, data summaries, charts, and presentation materials. - Incorporate international best practices and recent scientific literature.
