Clinical Activation Operator — Remote Contract

What We're Hiring For: We are looking for a Clinical Activation Operator (CAO) to execute our activation protocol with newly signed dental practices. You will be assigned specific offices by ByteSense and will guide them through a defined sequence of activation touchpoints using our scripts, frameworks, and standard operating procedures. This is an operator role within a defined system. You are not designing the activation approach. You are executing our proven methodology. What You Will Do • Execute First Calls using ByteSense's defined script and concern-discovery framework • Lead Kickoff Meetings following our standard operating procedure • Conduct Sample Case Walkthroughs using our approved protocol • Facilitate First Patient Pre-Briefs with ByteSense-approved materials • Provide Confidence Support for Cases 2–5 following our activation playbook • Lead Recovery Calls using our recovery framework for offices that stall • Route Escalations through ByteSense's L1/L2/L3 escalation structure • Complete CRM Documentation within 24 hours of each touchpoint (critical requirement) What This Role Is NOT • A consulting or advisory engagement • A role where you design activation systems or modify our approach • A position with client relationship ownership (ByteSense owns the client) • A strategic or senior leadership function
