Clio Manage & AI Workflow Consultant for Estate Planning / Probate & Trust Administration Law Firm

We are a Michigan-based estate planning, trust administration, and probate law firm seeking an experienced Clio Manage consultant to help us optimize our practice management system and improve our internal workflows. Our goal is to streamline administrative processes, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure our team is using Clio Manage and its AI capabilities to their fullest potential. Project Scope We are looking for someone who can evaluate our current Clio setup and help us implement best practices, including: Automated workflows Matter task lists and templates Calendar automation and deadline management Automated billing and timekeeping workflows Clio Manage AI implementation and training AI integrations that improve efficiency Workflow recommendations for estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters Process documentation and staff training General Clio Manage optimization Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Extensive experience with Clio Manage Experience working with law firms Knowledge of legal workflows and practice management Experience implementing automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.) Familiarity with AI tools used in legal practices Strong communication skills Ability to train staff and provide implementation recommendations Deliverables We hope to receive: A review of our current Clio setup Recommendations for workflow improvements Implementation of agreed-upon automations Documentation of new workflows Staff training and best practices Suggestions for additional AI tools or integrations that could improve efficiency Preferred Experience Experience working with estate planning, probate, or trust administration law firms is a significant advantage but is not required.
