We are looking for an experienced Close CRM specialist to build and organize our recruiting CRM infrastructure for a rapidly growing insurance recruiting operation. This is an immediate project with a 1-2 day turnaround, followed by ongoing work and long-term support for the right person. IMPORTANT: We are only looking for candidates with direct Close CRM experience. Please include examples of previous Close CRM projects, automations, pipelines, workflows, dashboards, or recruiting systems you have built. Project Overview We recruit licensed and unlicensed insurance agents nationwide through LinkedIn, Zoom presentations, referrals, and online marketing. We currently use: Close CRM Cal.com Zoom Zapier Google Workspace We need an expert to organize and optimize our Close CRM so our recruiting process is simple, scalable, and easy to manage. Scope of Work CRM Structure Build and organize our Close CRM account Create custom fields Create smart views Create lead segmentation Create recruiting pipelines Build reporting views Recruiting Workflow Setup We need a recruiting workflow that tracks candidates from: Applicant → Interview Scheduled → Interview Completed → Licensing → Contracting → Active Agent Lead Organization Create a system that separates: Recruiting leads Insurance sales leads Recruiting leads come from: Cal.com bookings LinkedIn applicants Referrals Insurance sales leads come from: CSV imports Purchased lead lists Existing prospect databases Automations Set up automations where appropriate, including: Cal.com → Close CRM Lead assignment Opportunity creation Follow-up tasks Pipeline movement Appointment tracking Smart Views & Dashboards Build organized views including: New Applicants Scheduled Interviews Today's Follow-Ups Licensed Candidates Active Agents Insurance Sales Leads Documentation Provide a simple walkthrough video explaining: CRM structure Pipelines Automations Best practices Ongoing management Ideal Candidate Extensive Close CRM experience Strong Zapier experience Experience building recruiting or sales CRMs Strong communication skills Available immediately Able to complete setup within 1-2 days Long-Term Opportunity After initial setup, we are looking for a long-term CRM and automation specialist to continue improving systems, workflows, reporting, and integrations as our organization grows.
