Clothing Design Creation

My sister and I are starting a women's clothing brand called BelJo. We have a clear vision for our first collection and are looking for an experienced fashion/apparel designer to help turn our ideas into manufacturer-ready products. We need assistance refining our designs, selecting appropriate fabrics, creating technical sketches, and developing professional tech packs for production. Our first collection includes 5 different patterns of each: • A fitted ribbed tank top featuring a custom BELJO patch • Matching sweat shorts with custom printed fabrics and BELJO branding • An oversized mock-neck sweatshirt featuring BELJO lettering filled with coordinating collection prints Our brand aesthetic is feminine, playful, comfortable, and elevated. We plan to release multiple collections featuring different custom prints and patterns rather than using a single signature print. We already have inspiration images, mockups, branding direction, and product concepts prepared. We are looking for a designer who can help transform our ideas into polished, production-ready apparel designs and provide tech packs that can be sent directly to manufacturers. Deliverables: • Final apparel designs • Technical flats/front and back views • Fabric and trim recommendations • Manufacturer-ready tech packs • Label, patch, and logo placement specifications • Revision rounds as needed Experience with startup clothing brands, women's apparel, lounge sets, and custom apparel production is preferred.
