Scope of Work • Architecture review: Review and validate current architecture, including data residency, encryption, and zero-data-retention (ZDR) posture for third-party AI/ML services. • Edge & low-bandwidth design: Advise on the edge-vs-cloud processing split for data capture, specifically addressing the bandwidth and latency constraints of rural, low-connectivity deployment environments. • Scaling roadmap: Design a phased scaling roadmap aligned to institutional rollout stages (pilot → district/state → multi-state → national), including burst-capacity planning for synchronized onboarding events. • Compliance mapping: • Cost modeling • Formal review: Conduct a structured architecture audit at defined project milestones. • Documentation: Produce a written architecture decision record for each major recommendation, suitable for inclusion in regulatory and investor documentation.
