Cloud Technical Support Specialist (AWS, GCP, or Azure Certified)

We are a global IT consulting firm looking for an experienced, certified Cloud Engineer to provide on-demand technical support and architectural oversight for our enterprise clients. Our portfolio covers multi-cloud deployments, and we need a reliable expert to handle infrastructure optimization, troubleshooting, and compliance across AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities: Tier 3 Support: Provide on-demand technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex cloud infrastructure issues. Architecture & Design: Review client cloud environments to optimize performance, security, and cost efficiency. Deployment Assistance: Help onboard clients by setting up robust IAM policies, VPCs, and automated workflows according to industry best practices. Requirements: Must hold a current, verifiable Professional-level Certification from at least one major cloud provider (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Proven experience managing enterprise-grade cloud environments, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Strong communication skills to occasional participate in technical alignment meetings with clients.
