🚀 Cloudflare Edge Functions + Durable Objects Expert Tutor / Consultant - serverless in general

We are looking for a highly experienced Cloudflare Edge Functions expert for ongoing consulting, architecture guidance, mentoring, and hands on technical support. This is not a typical development role. We are looking for someone who has spent years building and scaling production systems on Cloudflare's ecosystem and can help us make better architectural decisions, avoid mistakes, accelerate development, and deeply understand best practices. What we need We are building products on top of Cloudflare's edge infrastructure and want an expert who can guide us through architecture, implementation decisions, performance optimization, security, and scalability. You should be comfortable acting as both: 🧠 Senior Architect 🎓 Technical Mentor 🔧 Hands On Consultant Required experience Strong real world experience with: • Cloudflare Workers • Edge Functions and edge architecture • Cloudflare KV • Cloudflare D1 • Cloudflare R2 • Cloudflare Durable Objects • Cloudflare Queues • Cloudflare Workflows • Cloudflare AI services • Service Bindings • Hyperdrive • Caching strategies • Performance optimization • Rate limiting • Multi tenant architectures • Monitoring and debugging production systems Authentication experience Must have practical experience implementing and comparing different authentication approaches, including: • JWT based authentication • Session based authentication • OAuth providers • Google Login • GitHub Login • Clerk • Auth0 • Supabase Auth • Custom authentication systems What you'll do • Review our architecture decisions • Help design scalable systems • Explain tradeoffs between different approaches • Help debug complex production issues • Guide implementation decisions • Review code when needed • Teach best practices • Help us understand Cloudflare's ecosystem at a deep level • Answer technical questions during consulting sessions Nice to have • Experience with SaaS products • Experience with AI products • Experience with TypeScript • Experience with Next.js • Experience building products with high traffic • Experience migrating systems to Cloudflare Engagement Initially looking for consulting sessions and technical mentorship.
