Clover POS & Digital Customer Experience Optimization

I'm the owner of a 10-year-old independent café, deli, coffee shop, and specialty food business located in beautiful Capitola Village, California. We recently launched a premium Italian gelato program and are entering an exciting new phase of growth. I'm looking for a freelancer with experience in Clover POS and digital customer experiences to help optimize and streamline our existing systems. This is not a website-from-scratch project. I'm looking for someone who can evaluate our current digital presence, improve the customer journey, and help us better utilize the tools already available within the Clover ecosystem. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and recommending practical solutions that enhance both the customer experience and day-to-day operations.
