Club/School-Branded Search Engine (Google PSE Integration)

Project Overview We are launching a fundraising platform for schools based on web search monetization. We need a frontend web developer to create a clean, responsive, minimalist landing page template that embeds a Google Programmable Search Engine (PSE) and tracks ad revenue via Google AdSense. Budget: Fixed-Price (Please quote your total flat fee for the build). Backend: 100% managed by Google PSE (No custom search algorithms or heavy database architecture required). Technical Requirements 1. Google PSE Setup & Configuration Configure a Google Programmable Search Engine set to search "The entire web." Enable and permanently lock Strict SafeSearch at the configuration level to ensure all explicit text, adult content, and inappropriate imagery are strictly filtered out. 2. AdSense Monetization & Isolate Tracking Connect the Google PSE backend directly to our master Google AdSense account using our Publisher ID (⁠pub-xxxxxxxxxxxx⁠). Implement an AdSense Custom Channel parameter within the search code block so that traffic and earnings can be tracked dynamically for individual pilot schools. 3. Frontend UI/UX Design & Responsiveness Build a clean, ultra-minimalist, Google-style landing page template. Layout Requirements: Center the school’s high-resolution logo/crest prominently above a clean, centered search input bar. Customize the page background, search button styles, and link accents to match the specific school's brand guidelines and color codes. Ensure the page layout and search results are flawlessly mobile-responsive (optimized for iPhones, Android devices, tablets, and desktops). 4. Privacy & Compliance (GDPR/EEA) Implement a standard, Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) cookie banner that supports the Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). Ensure proper configuration for user consent flags for ad delivery targeting UK, EEA, and Swiss users. Include a clean footer layout for standard legal links (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service). Deliverables Required 1 A live, fully functional staging/test URL showing the branded template in action with working search queries. 2 The complete, clean source code files for the template. 3 Brief documentation explaining how to dynamically swap out the school logo, colors, and the AdSense Custom Channel tracking ID when onboarding the next school. What We Will Provide Upon Hiring Master Google AdSense/PSE access credentials. High-resolution school crests, logos, and target hex color codes for the pilot phase.
