Coda.io Expert - Build Centralized OKR & Project Management System

We’re looking for an experienced Coda builder to help us design and implement a connected workspace that centralizes OKRs, initiatives, and project tracking in one place. The goal is to create a system that replaces scattered docs and spreadsheets with a single, automated source of truth - making it easy for teams and leadership to track progress, see updates, and get high-level insights at a glance. 🔧 What We Need Help With Structuring core Coda databases for OKRs, Key Results, Initiatives, and Tasks Setting up relationships and rollups between tables (e.g. OKRs → Initiatives → Tasks) Creating executive-friendly dashboards that summarize progress with clear visuals (statuses, progress bars, etc.) Implementing automations for updates, reminders, and progress tracking Integrating with tools like Slack, Shortcut, and Google Drive Designing clean, easy-to-scan team views and personal dashboards Setting up documentation and lightweight onboarding materials 💡 What We’re Looking For Proven experience building complex Coda systems for project or OKR tracking Strong understanding of automations, integrations, and data modeling in Coda Good sense of UI/UX inside Coda - making views intuitive and fast to navigate Ability to take broad goals and translate them into scalable Coda architecture
