No-Code AI Automation & Workflow QA Expert/Team for Paid Demo

Job Description We are looking for an experienced individual freelancer, technical team or agency to implement, test and document workflow-based automation systems from end to end. The first assignment will be: One confidential workflow provided as a paid demonstration project. Complete workflow requirements, business rules and supporting documents will be shared only with shortlisted candidates after confidentiality approval. Successful completion may lead to long-term work implementing and testing additional workflows. This is not a basic chatbot, landing page or simple Zapier task. The selected candidate or team must be able to take full responsibility for: Technical planning No-code development AI automation API and database integration Workflow testing Defect resolution Documentation Final handover One individual may complete all responsibilities, or a team/agency may assign separate specialists internally. However, there must be one accountable project owner responsible for the final result. Scope of Work The selected candidate or team will: Review the provided workflow documentation Identify missing, unclear or conflicting requirements before development Prepare the technical architecture and implementation plan Configure GoHighLevel as the CRM and operator interface Build automations using n8n, Make or an equivalent platform Set up Supabase, PostgreSQL or a suitable backend Connect APIs, webhooks, messaging and AI services Implement workflow states, approvals, retries and escalations Prevent duplicate actions and incorrect state changes Implement error handling and recovery logic Create audit logs and operational reporting Build and execute complete test cases Test normal, negative, edge and failure scenarios Report and resolve defects Perform regression testing after fixes Provide complete technical documentation Deliver a recorded system walkthrough and final handover The selected candidate must raise requirement gaps rather than silently creating their own business rules. Required Technical Knowledge Strong practical experience with most of the following is required: GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, conversations, custom fields, APIs and webhooks n8n, Make, Zapier or Pipedream Supabase and PostgreSQL REST APIs, JSON, OAuth and webhooks OpenAI, Gemini or Anthropic APIs Structured AI outputs and function calling Human-in-the-loop approval systems Twilio, WhatsApp Business, SMS and email integrations Postman and API testing Git and GitHub Database and permission testing Workflow-state testing Error handling, retries and idempotency Duplicate-webhook prevention Development, staging and production environments Bug tracking and regression testing System documentation and technical handover Experience with Consolidata.ai, Retell AI, Vapi, Metabase or Looker Studio will be helpful but is not mandatory. Candidates must understand that GoHighLevel may be used as the CRM and operator interface, but may not always be suitable as the main workflow-state database. Paid Demo Deliverables The initial demo project must include: Requirements and clarification report Technical architecture Data-flow and integration map Working workflow in a staging environment GoHighLevel configuration Database and automation setup API and webhook integrations AI-assisted processing where applicable Human approval and escalation controls Error handling and retry logic Audit logs Test cases and acceptance criteria Defect register Regression test results Final QA and release-readiness report Technical documentation Operator instructions Deployment and rollback guidance Recorded video walkthrough Complete transfer of source code, configurations and documentation A successful happy-path demonstration alone will not be considered complete. Acceptance Criteria The demo will be accepted only when: All approved requirements are implemented Normal and failure scenarios are tested Duplicate actions are prevented Failed events do not corrupt workflow status Permissions and approval controls work correctly Logs accurately record important actions No critical defect remains unresolved Major defects are fixed or formally approved Regression testing is completed Documentation and handover are complete The system is demonstrated in a staging environment The candidate or team provides a clear release recommendation
