No Code Automation and Wix Specialist - (Nairobi-based applicants only)

NAIROBI-BASED APPLICANTS ONLY This is a remote technical-services contract. Applicants must currently live in Nairobi, Kenya, and state their current Nairobi neighbourhood in their proposal. I am looking for a technically capable No-Code Automation and Wix Specialist to build, troubleshoot and document practical business systems. This is not a general virtual-assistant, social-media or graphic-design position. The work is specifically for somebody with demonstrated Wix, Zapier, Make.com and systems-integration ability. WORKLOAD AND RATE Expected workload: approximately 4–8 paid hours per week initially, depending on current projects. Budget: US$7.00–10.00 per hour, approximately KSh 910–1,295 per hour, depending on demonstrated technical ability. Payment and time tracking will be handled through Upwork. RESPONSIBILITIES • Build and troubleshoot workflows using Make.com, Zapier or similar tools • Connect website forms with Google Sheets, email systems, CRMs and notifications • Configure triggers, actions, filters, routers and error-handling steps • Build and improve Wix forms, landing pages and basic website functionality • Correct Wix desktop and mobile formatting problems • Connect Wix with appropriate third-party business tools • Configure basic analytics, tracking and lead-capture systems • Test workflows thoroughly before release • Identify failed automations and determine the cause • Recommend practical, affordable solutions rather than unnecessary custom development • Document every completed system clearly • Train the general Digital Operations Assistant to maintain routine workflows REQUIREMENTS • Must currently live in Nairobi, Kenya • Demonstrable experience with Make.com, Zapier or comparable automation tools • Demonstrable Wix experience • Able to explain automation triggers, actions, filters and error handling clearly • Experience connecting forms, spreadsheets, email and CRM tools • Strong troubleshooting ability • Clear written documentation • Reliable laptop and internet connection • Able to work independently and report problems promptly • Able to distinguish between a simple no-code solution and work requiring custom development Custom programming is not the main requirement. Practical no-code implementation, testing and documentation are more important.
