Project Description: I am looking for an experienced No-Code developer to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a standalone B2B web application called LeadRescue. The application will be used by car salespeople at major dealerships to digitally log test drives, capture driver's licenses, and automatically trigger a 14-day SMS/WhatsApp follow-up sequence. The application must be 100% standalone and plug-and-play (no integration with the dealership's internal CRM/ERP systems is required). It must be highly optimized for mobile web browsers, look premium, and allow a salesperson to complete a registration in under 10 seconds. Key Features & User Workflows: 1. Salesperson View (Mobile-Optimized Web App) * Secure Login: Simple email and password login for dealership staff. * The 10-Second Test Drive Form: A minimal form containing: - Driver's License Capture: A button to open the phone's native camera and snap a photo of the customer's driver's license (stored securely in compliance with GDPR). - Customer Phone Number: Validated for Swedish format. - Car Model: A simple text field (e.g., "Mercedes E-Class"). - GDPR Consent Checkbox: "Customer has consented to follow-up and terms." * Action Button: A prominent button saying "Start Test Drive & Sequence". * Instant Trigger: Clicking the button triggers an immediate SMS/WhatsApp to the customer with a link to the digital test drive terms. The customer taps "Accept" on their phone. 2. Automated Multi-Channel Follow-Up (Backend Logic) Once the test drive is submitted, Make.com (or native Bubble workflows) must manage a scheduled 14-day drip campaign via an API gateway (e.g., Sinch or Twilio): * Day 2: Send Follow-up 1 (e.g., "Hi [Name], thanks for test driving the [Car Model] on Tuesday. How did it feel? /Best, [Salesperson] at [Dealership]"). * Day 7: Send Follow-up 2 (e.g., "Hi [Name]! Just a quick heads-up that we currently have a campaign on winter tires for the [Car Model]..."). * Day 14: Send Follow-up 3 (Final message: "Hi [Name], closing this inquiry for now. Let me know if the car becomes relevant again!"). * CRITICAL STOP TRIGGER: Every message must include an Opt-Out link. If the customer clicks the link OR replies to the WhatsApp/SMS message, the automated sequence must abort immediately, and a notification must be sent to the salesperson. 3. Manager's View (Desktop Dashboard) Dealership managers need a simple analytics interface to track performance: * KPI Metrics: Total test drives registered, customer response rate (%), and an estimated ROI value based on a customizable car margin. * Sales Leaderboard: Ranked list of salespeople based on monthly logged test drives. * Live Activity Log: Real-time feed (e.g., "11:11 AM - Customer reply received for Erik's lead (Mercedes E-Class)"). 4. Multi-Tenancy & Subscriptions * Dealership Isolation: The app must support multiple independent Dealership Accounts (e.g., Bilia Solna vs. Mercedes Malmö). Staff must only see data tied to their specific location. * Stripe Integration: Credit card subscription handling for Dealership Accounts (Fixed monthly fee model). Tech Stack Preferred: * Frontend/Backend: Bubble.io or FlutterFlow (Responsive web application). * Automations: Make.com or native platform workflows. * Messaging Gateway: Sinch API or Twilio API. * Payments: Stripe. Project Budget & Milestones: * Max Budget: $3,000 (Fixed Price). * Milestone 1 (25%): Database schema, Multi-tenant setup & UI layout approval. * Milestone 2 (50%): Camera/License capture functionality and messaging/Make.com workflows fully working in test mode. * Milestone 3 (25%): Manager dashboard, Stripe integration, final testing, and deployment.
