No-Code / Low-Code Automation Developer (Zapier, Make, Airtable) - Agency Partner

Agentic Vault is a systems agency helping businesses optimize, repair, and scale their tech stacks. We are building a reliable roster of freelance No-Code/Low-Code developers for ongoing client projects. This is a subcontracting role. We handle the sales, client acquisition, and project management. You focus entirely on building clean, high-quality solutions. What We Expect From You: Clear Estimations: When we bring you a client project scope, you can accurately estimate the hours required. Fast Communication: A maximum 24-hour response time during project scoping and active builds. Quality Control: You thoroughly test your workflows before passing them back to us for client review. Required Technical Skills: Workflow Automation: Zapier and Make.com (Integromat) Database & CRMs: Airtable, HubSpot, NotionIntegrations: Experience with webhooks, APIs, and standard business tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Shopify, etc.) How We Work: We operate on a project-by-project basis. When a client closes, we will present the technical requirements to you. If you accept the project, we will establish a fixed milestone or hourly budget for that specific build. All partners must be willing to sign a standard Non-Disclosure / Non-Solicitation agreement to protect client data.
