Summary

We pay 300 USD per hour of final produced content. Strong spoken English and clear instructional delivery are required. We are creating a complete 20-hour AI coding and agentic engineering course that teaches students how to use modern AI coding tools and coding agents to build real software projects from beginner level to advanced practical workflows. The course should take students from basic AI-assisted coding and “vibe coding” to more structured agentic engineering, where they can confidently plan, build, debug, improve, and ship software using AI coding assistants, coding agents, CLI agents, IDE-based agents, and multi-agent workflows. We are looking for an experienced AI coding expert, agentic engineering practitioner, software developer, technical instructor, AI tools consultant, or builder who has strong hands-on experience using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Windsurf, or similar AI coding environments. The instructor should have real practical experience building software with AI coding tools, not just theoretical knowledge or basic prompting experience. The course should be hands-on, project-based, and focused on real workflows that students can actually use. The instructor will create the course structure, record clear and engaging video lessons, and develop practical demos, exercises, coding projects, workflows, templates, prompts, checklists, and supporting materials that help students understand how to use AI coding tools effectively. The course should cover AI coding fundamentals, the current AI coding tools landscape, vibe coding, agentic coding, IDE-based AI coding workflows, CLI-based coding agents, project setup, prompting strategies for software development, context engineering, codebase understanding, planning with AI, generating features, debugging with AI, refactoring with AI, testing, documentation, Git and GitHub workflows, working with existing codebases, managing hallucinations and mistakes, reviewing AI-generated code, and best practices for safely using AI coding tools in real projects. The course should also cover more advanced agentic engineering topics where relevant, such as Claude Code workflows, custom instructions, project memory files, agent rules, AGENTS.md or similar project guidance files, MCP, tools, hooks, skills, sub-agents, agent orchestration, multi-agent workflows, automated development loops, issue-based development, GitHub integration, task planning, and building repeatable AI-assisted development systems. The course should include several hands-on projects and real-world demonstrations. Example projects could include building a personal website or portfolio, creating a web app, building a small SaaS-style application, creating an AI-powered internal tool, building a dashboard, adding features to an existing app, debugging and improving a broken codebase, integrating APIs, creating a chatbot or assistant, and completing a larger capstone project using agentic coding workflows. The course should teach both beginners and technical students how to work effectively with AI coding agents, while also giving experienced developers more advanced workflows for productivity, automation, and software delivery. The instructor will also be responsible for creating all supporting materials, including slides, diagrams, project files, starter code, completed code, prompts, workflow examples, downloadable resources, exercises, quizzes, checklists, and any other resources that help students follow along and practice effectively. If slides or visual explanations are needed for certain lessons, the instructor will be responsible for creating them as part of the course production. The instructor will also be responsible for delivering the final edited course videos, including clean cuts, audio cleanup, removal of mistakes or long pauses, screen recording edits, basic on-screen callouts where needed, and exporting the lessons in a polished, ready-to-publish format. The instructor must have professional filming equipment with a high-quality camera and microphone, and be comfortable on camera with excellent communication skills. The course format should primarily use screen recording, with the instructor camera visible in the corner where appropriate. For intro sections, high-level explanations, summaries, direct-to-camera teaching, and similar parts of the course, the instructor may use a full-screen camera view. For slides, demos, walkthroughs, labs, technical explanations, and similar parts of the course, the instructor should use screen recording as the main view with the camera in the corner. The instructor may switch between these formats as appropriate throughout the course. Please include your software development background, AI coding experience, examples of projects you have built using AI coding tools, experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, OpenCode, MCP, or similar tools, any agentic engineering or multi-agent workflow experience, teaching experience, examples of previous course recordings, tutorials, webinars, or similar training content, and confirmation that you can deliver the final edited course videos.
