Cognitive debriefing interviewers — Thai, Malay, Zulu, Southern Sotho (remote, clinical)

Cethos is building a panel of cognitive debriefing interviewers for clinical linguistic-validation work. We need native/near-native speakers of Thai, Malay, Zulu, or Southern Sotho (Sesotho) to conduct remote, project-based cognitive interviews supporting the linguistic validation of patient-reported and clinician-reported outcome instruments (PRO / COA / ClinRO). Experience with cognitive interviews, concept elicitation, or qualitative/interview work is a plus — but if you're a strong native speaker new to this, we're happy to train you. A healthcare, clinical, or LV background is welcome. Recruiting: A key part of this role is being able to recruit respondents/participants for the interviews — typically 5–10 participants per project. Please tell us whether you are able to recruit participants in your language/region, in addition to (or instead of) interviewing.
