Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for US Contractor Outbound
Worldwide
That's a critical pivot. The setter is booking us sales calls with contractor prospects, not booking contractor's customers for them. Reframing the whole post around that now: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for US B2B Sales Pipeline We sell marketing and lead generation services to US contractors in roofing, concrete, foundation repair, septic, and fencing. Your job is to call those contractor business owners, qualify them, and book them onto our sales calendar. A closer takes the meeting from there. We are hiring one long-term setter to take over our outbound pipeline. The role Pre-enriched contractor lists drop into your CRM each week. You work them on a proven qualifying framework: open the call, identify whether they have lead-flow pain, confirm they fit our buyer profile, book the discovery call with our closer, log the outcome, move to the next dial. You will not pitch the service, write proposals, build offers, or close deals. The role is contained on purpose: open doors, qualify, book. That's it. Expected dial volume sits around 80 to 120 per day across 4 to 6 hours of active phone time. Pay Hourly base + per-show bonus + closed-deal commission High-ticket contracts, so the closed-deal kicker carries real weight No commission ceiling Top performers get first shot at a closer seat as we scale What we provide Pre-enriched prospect lists across 15 Sun Belt metros (you do not source numbers) Tested scripts, objection handling guides, voicemail templates Case studies and proof assets you can reference live on calls CRM with logging fields pre-configured Weekly coaching and call reviews with a senior closer What we need Excellent spoken English with a neutral or near-native accent (you'll be talking to American contractors all day, clarity is non-negotiable) Real cold call reps with volume, ideally B2B to small business owners or trades Comfort with blue-collar owners who are busy and skeptical Self-discipline to hit dial targets without anyone watching Thick skin (hangups, curses, dead air are the job) Reliable headset and quiet workspace CRM discipline (every call logged, every outcome tracked) Bonus: experience selling marketing services, lead gen, or any B2B service to contractors or trades Logistics Fully remote US business hours, Monday to Friday Long-term engagement Onboarding within 2 weeks Hiring process Submit your proposal (see questions below) Short interview if your background fits Paid trial: work a sample of our real prospect list, target 10 recorded qualifying conversations. Pay is $25 base + $25 per booked appointment that actually shows. Most candidates finish in 2 to 3 hours. Strong trial = long-term seat To apply In your proposal, answer two things: Highest dial-to-booked-appointment ratio you've held and over what call volume The objection that used to stop you cold and how you handle it now Please send a 60-second voice note (any topic) so we can hear your phone presence.
