We take a comprehensive approach to finding and contacting landowners to lease and purchase their land for renewable energy projects. Job Description: Cold Caller | Direct Outreach Specialist Overview: Join our project origination team in the renewable energy industry as a Cold Caller | Direct Outreach Specialist Your primary role will involve making high volumes of cold calls to prospective landowners, engaging them about potential renewable energy projects. In addition to phone outreach, you may also be asked to execute direct outreach via email, LinkedIn and Contact forms and conduct skip tracing to find and verify landowner contact information. Key Responsibilities: - Make a high volume of cold calls to potential landowners to introduce and discuss renewable energy opportunities. - Convert introductory conversations into qualified leads & genuine relationships for the project management team - Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM system. - Collaborate with the project origination team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Requirements: - Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or direct sales, preferably in the real estate or energy sector. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage time effectively and handle high volumes of outreach efficiently. - Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about renewable energy/real estate and enjoys the challenge of cold calling/outbound sale. This role pays a base hourly salary along with monthly performance based bonus opportunities.
