Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Web Design Agency (Ongoing)

We're a Canadian web design and SEO agency looking for an experienced cold caller to book qualified discovery calls with small business owners (dentists, trades, real estate, local services) from a provided list. No closing required. Your job is to get qualified owners to show up to a booked call. What you'll do: Make outbound cold calls from our lead list (target 100+ dials/day) Follow our script and qualify prospects (must be the business owner/decision-maker with a real website need) Book qualified prospects into our calendar Log every call and outcome in our CRM Compensation: $10-15 USD/hour depending on experience $20 USD bonus per booked appointment that shows up to the call Starting ~20 hrs/week (part-time), ongoing with room to grow for the right person Requirements: Excellent spoken English, clear/neutral accent Proven cold calling or appointment setting experience (share your numbers) Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet Comfortable with high call volume and rejection Available during EST business hours (Canada/US)
