What You’ll Be Doing: This is a cold calling and appointment setting role targeting independent auto repair shop owners in the US. Your job is to call shop owners, introduce Riley, and get them to agree to a free 7-day trial. You are not closing deals — I handle that. You open the door, I walk through it. Daily tasks include: Making 20+ outbound calls to verified auto shop owners. Following a proven script with objection handlers built for this niche. Logging call results in a shared tracking sheet. Booking interested owners into a follow-up with me. What You’ll Receive: A pre-researched, verified lead list — no cold searching required. A complete script including openers, pitch, and objection handlers. Ongoing support and feedback on your calls. A straightforward offer to pitch — free trial, no card, no commitment for the shop owner. Deliverables: Minimum 20 outbound calls per day. Daily call log submitted at end of each session. Booked appointments or interested leads handed off to me for closing. Skills Required: Fluent English with clear, confident phone communication. Cold calling or sales experience preferred but not required. Reliable phone and internet during US business hours. Self-motivated, coachable, and consistent. Comfortable with commission-based compensation. Compensation Structure: This is a commission-only role with recurring income potential. $150 per shop that becomes a paying client. $100 per month recurring for every month that client stays on. No earnings cap — output directly determines income. Realistic earnings at 20 calls/day: 15-20 appointments booked per month, 4-5 close, equaling $600-750 upfront plus $400-500 in recurring monthly income from those same clients. At 50+ calls/day those numbers double or triple. After 6 months of consistent work, recurring income alone can reach $1,000-2,000/month on top of new closes.
