About the Role We are seeking a confident, energetic, and results-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help generate qualified appointments and opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, handling objections, and building rapport quickly. This is not a customer service role. We are looking for someone who enjoys sales conversations, is persistent, professional, and motivated by results. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients daily. Qualify leads and identify decision-makers. Schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and SMS. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Handle objections professionally and confidently. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Research prospects and companies before outreach when needed. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. Requirements Fluent English with a clear and professional speaking voice. Previous cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Ability to build rapport quickly. Organized and detail-oriented. Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience calling business owners and executives. Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar. Experience with lead generation and prospecting. Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
