Cold Caller - Business Broker

We are seeking a skilled Cold Caller to join our team as a Business Broker. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients and introduce our services, aiming to convert them into leads. You will use JustCall for all communication. This role requires strong telemarketing skills and the ability to effectively communicate over the phone. If you have experience in scheduling and phone communication, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities Execute daily cold calling campaigns from provided prospect lists Use JustCall dialer and Hubspot CRM tools to track calls, notes, and outcomes Follow our call scripts and qualifying framework Log all interactions and lead status updates in real-time Identify, qualify, and book consultation appointments for our team Maintain call quality and professionalism per company standards Report daily metrics (calls completed, appointments booked, conversion rates) Requirements Proven cold calling experience (B2B or business services preferred) Comfortable with business-to-business prospecting and rejection Proficiency with JustCall or similar VoIP/dialer platforms (we'll provide orientation) Strong communication skills and professional phone presence Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Ability to work independently with minimal supervision US-based callers preferred for timezone compatibility What We Provide Pre-built prospect list and contact information JustCall account access and training Call scripts and qualification guidelines CRM/tracking system documentation Regular feedback and performance metrics
