Overview: We're an AI training company helping small businesses teach their teams to use AI tools. We need a confident, fluent Spanish + English appointment setter to call small business owners (Miami + Latin American markets) and book short intro appointments for us. You're not closing — your only job is to start conversations and get qualified owners onto our calendar. If you can hold a natural conversation with a busy business owner in Spanish and English, handle a few objections without folding, and you're reliable about showing up and logging your work, we want to talk. What you'll do: Make outbound calls to small business owners from a list we provide (numbers, names, business type) Open in Spanish or English depending on the prospect, pitch a free AI training workshop/audit, and book the appointment Confirm the right decision-maker, team size, and time before booking Log every call outcome in our CRM (we'll train you on it) Send follow-up messages (SMS/DM) to warm leads Hit a daily dial target and a weekly booked-appointment target You're a fit if you have: Native or fully fluent Spanish AND strong conversational English Prior phone sales, cold calling, or appointment-setting experience (please show it) A quiet space, reliable internet, and a headset Self-discipline — you hit your dials without being babysat A neutral or Latin American Spanish accent that lands well with US Hispanic and LatAm business owners Nice to have: Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot), experience selling to SMBs, or any interest in/knowledge of AI tools. Compensation: Hourly base + bonus per qualified appointment that shows up + back-end commission on closed deals. Strong performers earn well above base — the more good appointments you book, the more you make. We'll discuss exact numbers with shortlisted candidates.
