Cold Caller Needed — Booking Sales Calls for a Web & App Development Agency

We're a web and app development agency looking for an experienced cold caller to fill our calendar with qualified sales calls. This is a strictly outbound role. What the role involves: You'll find your own leads, cold call US business owners, work past gatekeepers, and reach actual decision-makers. You'll pitch our services, handle objections professionally, and only book a call once you've confirmed the prospect is a genuine fit. From there, you'll follow up to ensure the appointment is honored, and keep accurate notes on calls and pipeline status. What qualifies as an appointment: the prospect understands our services and pricing, and they show up to the scheduled call. Requirements: Proven experience cold calling US business owners (you'll need to provide evidence) Fluent, confident spoken English Ability to source your own leads Experience booking appointments for tech, digital, or agency-based services Available during US business hours Your own dialer Compensation: Will discuss after the paid test task Paid test task: Book us 1 qualified appointment. Will pay $20–$30 for this task. On success, we'll move forward into a full contract.
