Cold Caller Needed

We are seeking a skilled cold caller to reach out to potential clients and generate leads for our business. The ideal candidate should have experience in telemarketing and be able to communicate effectively over the phone. This is a part-time opportunity for someone who can work independently and meet our lead generation goals. # Real Estate Cold Caller & Appointment Setter We are hiring 2 experienced Virtual Assistants to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments. ### Responsibilities * Make 300–500 outbound calls daily. * Build rapport and engage potential clients. * Gather basic information and qualify leads. * Handle objections professionally. * Follow up with leads and schedule appointments. * Maintain accurate CRM notes and records. ### Requirements * Minimum 1 year of real estate cold-calling experience. * Excellent English communication skills. * Strong sales and appointment-setting abilities. * Experience with CRM systems and dialers (GoHighLevel, Podio, Mojo Dialer, or similar). * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. ### Performance Goals * 300–500 calls per day * 20+ quality conversations per day * 5–10 appointments set per week ### To Apply Please provide: * Real estate cold-calling experience * CRM and dialer experience * Average daily call volume * Voice recording sample * References from previous clients **Only candidates with real estate cold-calling experience will be considered.**
