Our main focus is a BAFA-funded AI & digitalization audit for small and medium-sized businesses. Your tasks: * Reach out to qualified business contacts by phone * Speak with decision-makers * Identify interest and pain points * Briefly present our offer * Book qualified appointments for our team Important: We are not looking for aggressive sales or scripted call center behavior. You should be able to communicate naturally, professionally, and confidently. Requirements: * Native-level German * Experience in cold calling / appointment setting * Confident communication skills on the phone * Independent and reliable way of working Nice to have: * Experience in B2B sales * Interest in AI, automation, or digitalization * Experience with CRM systems such as Close
