About the role We run a peer advisory board membership business for privately held business owners in Austin, Texas. We're hiring a dedicated cold caller to work a list of roughly 2,700 Austin business contacts. More dials will be added over time as we keep building the prospect list. This is not a script-reading, box-checking job. We need someone who can hold a real conversation, handle pushback, and book meetings. What you'll do Call through the provided dial list in CloudTalk using our talk track Qualify prospects against our target profile (below) Handle objections using our training materials Book qualified prospects directly onto my calendar Log call outcomes and notes in CloudTalk after every call Flag any contact info that's bad (wrong number, no longer there, etc.) so we can clean the list The one CTA that matters Every call has a single goal: get the prospect to schedule a meeting with me. Not a brochure send. Not a "follow up next quarter." A booked meeting. Who we're calling Privately held Austin-area businesses $1M–$20M in annual revenue 5–100 employees Business owner or CEO is the target contact What you need Strong spoken English. Neutral or lightly accented is fine — clarity and confidence matter more than accent. B2B cold calling experience, ideally into US small/medium business owners Comfortable with rejection and gatekeepers; doesn't get rattled Can follow a talk track without sounding like you're reading it Reliable internet, quiet calling environment, working headset Available and reliable for the overnight shift listed below Experience with CloudTalk or a similar cloud-based dialer/CRM tool (we'll onboard you to CloudTalk regardless) Nice to have Experience cold calling for coaching, consulting, financial services, or membership-based businesses Familiarity with peer advisory boards, EOS/Traction, Vistage, or similar (we'll train you either way) What we provide Full dial list (starting at ~2,700 contacts, growing over time), loaded into CloudTalk Written talk track and objection handling guide CloudTalk access and onboarding Onboarding call to walk through the offer, the ICP, and how the program works Hours 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM US Central Time, Monday–Friday (4 hours/day, 20 hours/week) Note for applicants: this falls in the 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM Manila time window. This is an overnight shift on your end. Please only apply if you can reliably work these hours. Compensation $7/hour base rate $12 bonus per completed meeting — meaning the prospect actually shows up to the scheduled call with me, not just a booking on the calendar At 20 hours/week, base pay runs roughly $560–600/month, plus bonuses on top for every meeting that shows. This is a base-plus-performance structure, so your pay grows directly with results, not just hours logged.
