Cold Caller for US Local Businesses $4-7/hr + $10/$100 Lead/Close

Description: We're hiring motivated cold callers to reach out to local businesses in the US. You'll be calling from a provided lead list, following a simple script, and booking appointments / warm-transferring interested prospects to our closing team. What you'll do: Make outbound calls to US local businesses (dialer + leads provided) Follow our call script and handle basic objections Book qualified appointments or pass warm leads to our team Log call outcomes in our CRM (simple, we'll train you) Requirements: Clear, understandable spoken English (doesn't need to be perfect — just confident and easy to understand) Reliable internet + quiet workspace + decent headset Available during US business hours (mainly [your time zone], roughly 9am–5pm) Cold calling or telemarketing experience preferred Consistent, coachable, not afraid of "no" Pay: Base hourly rate: $4–7/hr depending on experience $10 per qualified appointment that shows up Commission: $100–200 per closed deal To apply: Send a short voice recording (1–2 min) introducing yourself and reading a few lines of any sales script.
