Cold Caller for MSP IT Company (Remote)

Schedule: Canadian Business Hours (CST) Type: Full-time or Part-time (Contract) Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 4 hours/day (8am to 12pm Saskatchewan time) to start with. Training will be provided About IBITS IBITS is an I.T services company, also known as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in delivering reliable IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across Saskatchewan and beyond. We're passionate about helping organizations optimize their technology, protect their data, and operate more efficiently. We're looking for a Cold Caller who can confidently represent our brand, connect with potential clients, and set appointments for our sales and technical team. Incentives: $50 CAD for ever technician callouts booked $5 CAD for every appointment booked $5 USD/ hourly wage to begin with 10% commission on contracts signed ($1000 USD contracts minimum) You can choose to be paid either monthly or bi- weekly Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, or Telemarketer (B2B or MSP/IT industry experience preferred) Excellent verbal English communication skills with a neutral or North American accent Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) Strong interpersonal skills and persistence in overcoming objections Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus Must have a reliable internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and quiet work environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate or per-appointment bonus (commensurate with experience) Long-term growth opportunity for top performers (Sales or Account Executive track) Send a 1 minute voice recording of why you would be a good fit for this job and how your experience compliments this role Send also your resume/ CV
