Cold Caller for Real Estate 5/23

Not Sales. Cold Call Only. This is a phone-based, client-facing role. Applicants with heavy non-native accents will NOT be considered. We are a real estate lending company looking for a motivated cold caller to contact leads, qualify potential borrowers, and pass engaged leads to our team. We are open to any experience level — as long as you are motivated, willing to learn, and ready to receive training. Fluent English is required. Training, scripts, leads, and tools will all be provided. Training, scripts, leads, and tools will be provided. Deliverables • - Make outbound calls to leads provided by our company • - Follow U.S. cold calling regulations (DNC compliance, calling hours, disclosures) • - Hold professional conversations with real estate investors • - Pre-qualify prospects and identify financing needs • - Provide engaged and interested leads to our lending team • - Maintain accurate call notes and updates in the system • - Achieve performance goals (number of dials, conversations, and engaged leads)
