Freelance SDR / BDR – B2B Cold Calling (US Market) About the Role This is a calling-only role and no closing required by you. Key Responsibilities Make outbound B2B cold calls to pre-qualified lead lists Speak with business owners, operations managers, or technical decision-makers Deliver a short, structured value-based pitch Qualify interest and set discovery or demo meetings Accurately log call outcomes and notes Provide basic daily or weekly call summaries Ideal Profile Proven experience in B2B cold calling or SDR/BDR roles Strong, clear, and confident phone presence (professional tone preferred) Comfortable speaking with US-based decision-makers Familiar with objection handling and call control Self-managed and reliable in a freelance environment Experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) Nice to Have Experience calling for industrial, SaaS, IoT, controls, or automation-related products Prior appointment-setting experience for technical or high-ticket solutions Compensation Hourly, Fixed or per-appointment model (open to discussion) Performance-based incentives available for qualified meetings (Leading to Closings Long-term opportunity for consistent campaigns if results are strong What We Provide Call script Target ICP and lead lists Clear qualification criteria Ongoing feedback and support How to Apply Please share: A brief summary of your cold calling experience Industries you have called into Your preferred compensation model A short voice sample or calling reference
