Summary

We're looking for someone who can make 150 calls per day to our email list and have 20-35 active conversations per day. You should have expereince doing this and you are bonus eligible when you reach goals. You will be selling tickets to our event. This is not a customer service role. We are looking for someone who is energized by sales conversations, can confidently handle objections, and enjoys turning conversations into booked appointments and qualified opportunities. Responsibilities Make outbound calls daily to prospective clients, leads, event attendees, and business owners Follow up with warm and cold leads from our CRM Qualify prospects based on our ideal client criteria Book appointments for our sales team Confirm attendance for workshops, webinars, and live events Follow up with no-shows, abandoned carts, and interested prospects Document all conversations and activities in our CRM Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals Communicate lead feedback and market insights to leadership Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy attitude on every call Qualifications Previous cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales experience Excellent verbal English communication skills Comfortable speaking with executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners Strong objection-handling skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred Success Metrics You will be measured on: Number of outbound calls completed Conversations held Qualified leads generated Appointments booked Show-up rates Sales opportunities created CRM accuracy and follow-up completion Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if: You enjoy talking to people all day You are resilient and don’t take rejection personally You can quickly build rapport with strangers You thrive in a goal-oriented environment You love sales and persuasion You are proactive rather than waiting for instructions You are committed to producing measurable results Position Details Remote Contractor Position Full-Time Preferred Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Bonuses Growth opportunities available for top performers
