About the Role We are looking for a driven, resilient Sales Representative (Cold Caller) to help expand our logistics network. In this role, your primary focus will be high-volume cold calling to identify new business opportunities, connect with freight shippers, and pitch our supply chain solutions. If you love the thrill of the chase and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to prospective clients (shippers, manufacturers, distributors). Identify key decision-makers and uncover their logistics and transportation needs. Present and pitch our logistics services effectively to overcome objections. Build a pipeline of qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings/demos for the senior sales team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM. Qualifications Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (logistics experience is a plus, but not required). Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle rejection with a positive, resilient attitude. Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset.
