Gardens of Babylon is looking for a proactive, organized, and persistent prospector to help grow our Landscape Maintenance division. This role is focused on using HubSpot to call, email, research, and follow up with commercial landscape maintenance prospects, including property managers, HOA managers, apartment communities, office properties, industrial properties, senior living communities, and other target accounts. The main goal of this position is to create conversations, uncover opportunities, book qualified meetings, and keep HubSpot clean and updated. Key Responsibilities Use HubSpot daily to manage calls, emails, tasks, notes, and prospect follow-up. Call prospective commercial landscape maintenance customers and introduce Gardens of Babylon’s services. Email prospects with clear, professional outreach and follow-up messaging. Research target properties, companies, and contacts before outreach. Identify the correct decision-maker, property manager, facilities manager, regional manager, HOA manager, or ownership contact. Update HubSpot with accurate contact information, company information, property details, call notes, email activity, and next steps. Create and manage follow-up tasks so no good prospect is missed. Qualify prospects based on property type, size, location, current vendor situation, maintenance needs, and potential opportunity value. Set meetings, site walks, or introductory calls for the Landscape Maintenance sales team. Track outreach activity, including calls made, emails sent, contacts reached, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created. Maintain a professional and positive representation of Gardens of Babylon in every interaction. Ideal Candidate Proactive and self-motivated. Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails. Organized and consistent with follow-up. Able to handle rejection without getting discouraged. Good communicator over the phone and by email. Comfortable using HubSpot or willing to learn quickly. Detail-oriented with strong note-taking habits. Interested in sales, business development, commercial property services, or landscape maintenance. Able to research companies, contacts, and properties online. Experience Preferred Cold calling, inside sales, appointment setting, business development, or customer service experience. Experience using HubSpot or another CRM. Experience contacting property managers, HOAs, apartments, commercial buildings, or facilities teams is a plus. Landscape, maintenance, property management, real estate, or service industry experience is a plus but not required. Success Metrics Number of outbound calls completed. Number of personalized emails sent. Number of new contacts and companies added or updated in HubSpot. Number of qualified prospects identified. Number of meetings or site walks booked. Number of opportunities created for the Landscape Maintenance team. Quality and accuracy of HubSpot notes, tasks, and follow-up activity.
