Summary

We’re looking for a strong cold caller / appointment setter to help us book meetings with real estate technology companies, IDX providers, PropTech companies, and real estate website developers. Our product helps real estate websites add high-quality school and neighborhood data. We compete against GreatSchools, Niche, and LocalLogic by being much easier to install and offering a revenue share for partners. Because email and LinkedIn have not worked well, we’re shifting focus to phone outreach. The goal is to call companies, speak with lower-level contacts when needed, and work our way up to decision makers. Compensation: $12 per hour base $100 bonus for every qualified meeting booked with a decision maker We expect this role to be mostly cold calling with some follow-up via Instantly.ai What We Need: Make outbound cold calls to real estate tech and PropTech companies Work through gatekeepers and lower-level team members to reach decision makers (founders, Heads of Product, VPs of Sales, etc.) Book qualified discovery calls Use Instantly.ai for sequencing and follow-up after calls Track activity and results What Counts as a Qualified Meeting: A meeting counts toward the $100 bonus only if it is with a decision maker (e.g. Founder, CEO, Head of Product, VP of Sales, or similar). Meetings with assistants, junior staff, or non-decision makers do not qualify for the bonus. Ideal Candidate: Strong experience with cold calling and booking meetings over the phone Clear, professional, and easy-to-understand English (neutral American accent preferred) Comfortable working through gatekeepers and navigating company structures Experience using tools like Instantly.ai, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar Previous experience in B2B SaaS or real estate technology outreach is a big plus Self-motivated and consistent What Success Looks Like: Booking 6–12 qualified meetings per week with decision makers Good connect rates and persistence on calls Details: This is a part-time or full-time contract role We already have lead lists and Instantly.ai sequences ready We’re looking for someone who can start relatively quickly Please apply with: Your experience with cold calling and appointment setting Any results or metrics you can share (meetings booked per week, etc.) Tools you’ve used for calling and follow-up
