Cold Calling & Appointment Setter for IT Services

Hello, We are a small local IT support company and Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Billerica, Massachusetts, serving businesses throughout the Greater Boston area. We are looking for an experienced cold caller / appointment setter to make initial outreach calls to approximately 50 selected local businesses. These businesses have already received two postcard mailings introducing our IT services. Your role will be to call the businesses, briefly introduce Bit Experts, ask about their current IT support needs, and offer a free network and security assessment or a short introductory meeting with our team. We will provide the contact list, basic company information, service overview, and a simple call script. The goal is not aggressive sales — it is to start professional conversations, identify possible IT needs, and schedule qualified appointments. Strong English communication skills, a professional phone manner, and experience with B2B cold calling or appointment setting are required. Experience selling IT services, managed IT, cybersecurity, telecom, or business services is a plus.
