We run a medical billing and revenue cycle management company serving healthcare providers across New York. We generate our own leads every week — meaning you will always have a fresh, targeted list. No cold list-buying, no recycled contacts. Your one job: get the decision-maker on the phone and schedule a 15-minute discovery call with our team. That's it. We handle everything after that. You won't be selling anything on the first call — just booking time. The leads are warm, the script is proven, and the niche is underserved. If you can dial consistently, you will earn consistently. What You'll Do • Work a fresh lead list of healthcare providers — physical therapists, mental health counselors, cardiologists, primary care physicians, and more • Make outbound calls using our provided script to reach the practice owner, office manager, or authorized official • Overcome common gatekeepers and objections professionally and confidently. • Schedule 15-minute discovery calls on our calendar at times convenient for the prospect. • Log call outcomes, notes, and follow-up tasks in our shared tracking sheet. • Send a brief follow-up email or text after each call attempt using our templates. • Hit a target of 8–12 booked calls per week (leads volume fully supports this). Who We're Looking For: Must-haves • 1+ year of outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience (any industry) • Confident, natural phone presence — you don't sound like you're reading a script • Able to handle objections calmly without getting rattled or pushy • Reliable, self-directed, and able to hit daily dial targets without hand-holding • Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and logging calls • Quiet working environment and a reliable phone/internet connection Nice-to-haves (not required) • Experience calling into medical practices, dental offices, or healthcare businesses • Familiarity with medical billing, insurance, or revenue cycle terminology • Prior experience with healthcare or B2B appointment setting What We Provide • Fresh lead list pre-filtered, pre-researched, includes contact name, title, direct phone, and specialty • A proven call script with objection handlers (no need to wing it) • A shared Google Sheet to track your pipeline and calls • Direct access to our team — no layers of management, fast feedback Schedule & Setup • Remote work from anywhere with a reliable connection • Part-time to start: 15–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday • Best calling hours: 9am–12pm and 2pm–5pm Eastern (when practices pick up) • Flexible within those windows — we care about results, not clock-watching How to Apply • A short intro (3–5 sentences) about your cold calling background. • Your best calling hours and weekly availability. • A 60–90 second voice memo or video introducing yourself and why you'd be great at this — this is the most important part of your application. We want to hear your voice before we hear anything else. Applications without a voice memo will not be reviewed. We're not looking for a perfect resume we're looking for someone who sounds like a human being on the phone. We'll provide a dialer, just need to have a headset and reliable internet connection. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 15-minute video call. The right person can start next week.
