As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Position Overview The Call Center representative is responsible for calling potential clients and making a list. This role is critical to the company's growth strategy and works closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify potential clients through cold calling, and other channels. Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to assess their needs, budget, and fit with company offerings Qualify outbound leads based on defined criteria. Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team or account executives CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activities in the CRM Track and report on key metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and qualified leads generated Provide regular pipeline updates to the sales and leadership team Requirements Experience 1+ years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or a related role.
